Figurative work is my passion. I have to admit to having a bit of an aesthetic obsession with the artistic possibilities the human or animal form offer. My work is inspired by the beautiful and challenging compositions found in the sculptures of Rodin, Brancusi, Modigliani and Giacometti. Bourne from this long tradition and personal admiration of classical styling, I have applied these influences in my own approach to figurative sculpture.
